Talk about a growth story! Buckeye Fabricating Company is expanding from their original 15,000 SF to an impressive 48,000 SF. We were fortunate to build the original building in 1990 and are proud to again be their construction partner. This expansion will enhance their production capabilities, allowing them to build pressure vessels weighing up to 80,000 lbs! The project also includes a new breakroom, locker room, and updated offices, showing a commitment to both their team and customers. Congratulations, Buckeye Fabricating Company!

Big News! Ferguson is thrilled to announce that we've been chosen as the general contractor for Upper Valley Career Center's ~$16MM expansion! 🎉 This fantastic project will boost capacity for high-demand programs, supporting the growing workforce needs of our region. We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming numerous UVCC construction program students over the years. Now, we get to give back by building something truly special for the next generation. And here's the best part: some of our UVCC students won't have to leave their building! They’ll be working on this project, literally building their own school. Unveiling the Future at AMIC! We were beyond excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the state-of-the-art Automotive & Mobility Innovation Center facility! As the general contractor for this innovative project, we were honored to have played a role in creating a space that will foster groundbreaking advancements. The AMIC is a publicly-supported smart tech incubator designed to connect start-ups, established businesses, researchers, educators, and government agencies, all working together to advance new technologies that will disrupt the world. Powering Progress: Exciting News to Share! We're thrilled to announce a landmark partnership with Westrafo, a leading innovator in the energy solutions sector. Westrafo has chosen Trotwood for their new manufacturing site at 6124 Wolf Creek Pike, and we are proud to have been selected as the builder for their first-ever North American facility. This state-of-the-art site will produce medium and high-voltage transformers and energy systems, aimed at propelling the growth of renewable energy. This was a true team effort and we have many to thank for their indispensable roles in this project: Westrafo, GATED Properties, Chad Downing, the City of Trotwood, Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC), JobsOhio, Dayton Development Coalition, and Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development . Celebrating Tom Bergman's Retirement! After an incredible 37 years serving in masonry and HR leadership roles at Ferguson Construction, Tom Bergman is a strong example of growth. Not only for himself, starting as a mason and developing into the head of HR, but also because of all the talented individuals he brought on board over his tenure. We were glad to spend time with the new retiree, sharing stories and enjoying a celebratory event together. Tom now joins the Ferguson retiree club, 18 of which joined the fun last night. These retirees collectively worked 591 years at Ferguson, with an average tenure of 32 years! Tom, thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the positive impact you have made on our team. Enjoy your well-deserved retirement!
