After launching our new Mission, Vision & Values (MVV) in early 2024, we created a photo contest to show how team members brought the MVV to life in their daily duties. We’re thrilled to share inspiring photos from the contest winners! Team members throughout North America sent numerous submissions that displayed creativity and dedication. With over 150 photos and 15 videos, our judges faced a challenging task. The contest winners received various prizes, but the true reward was capturing some moments that make C&W Services special. We’re thrilled to share news about a collaboration with Cargill of Wahpeton, ND, that gives a recent high school graduate an incredible opportunity: a student sponsorship covering the full tuition costs for Carter Benson at North Dakota State College of Science. The partnership enables Carter, a resident of Breckenridge, MN, to pursue his passion for electrical technology. ND Career Builders, a state program, matched funding for the sponsorship. Befitting an athlete accepting a significant scholarship, Carter signed his letter of intent in front of his parents and Wahpeton’s local media on Tuesday, May 21.    Cargill and C&W Services, which handles maintenance at the food company’s corn milling locations, guarantee Carter full-time employment upon graduation! He will start gaining valuable experience as a team member this summer before his studies make him part-time. Thanks to Terrence Bolte, our account manager in Wahpeton, for playing a key role in recruiting Carter.
