Last week, we kicked off our 5th annual Virtual Iron Chef Competition, where “cheftestants” compete head-to-head in a bracket-style tournament. The first round was sponsored by Mosaic, our employee resource group for BIPOC employees and allies, where the “cheftestants” were challenged with making an assigned recipe from the “Mosaic ERG Comfort Food Recipe Book.” Recipes included cheesy shrimp and grits, Jamaican chicken soup, grilled chicken shawarma and more. Those who participated in the voting process emphasized presentation skills, creativity and execution. Congratulations to those moving onto the next round: Stuart Webster, Sarah Dawn Washkoviak, MLIS, Michelle Bammann, Michelle Ritchie, Jarmila S., Mitch Frank, Natalie Hamlin and Heather Wiegand.
