Why join our team? Our model is based on the premise that immediate, effective, and comprehensive employment offers participants a dignified way to stay productive, support their families, and preserve their freedom. We believe everyone who wants a job should have a job. Our job is to level the playing field for participants so that they can better exercise their vocational abilities in the legitimate workforce. Here are some of our current openings if you connect and resonate with CEO's mission: We are seeking to hire a Job Developer for our local offices in Oklahoma City and San Jose, CA. This role is responsible for increasing the range of employment opportunities available to our participants using participant interests, experiences, and ambitions as the foundation for job placements and the cultivation of potential employers for prospect portfolios. We are also seeking a results-oriented and mission-driven Program Manager to help lead the expansion of our work in southern Colorado. This role will be responsible for supporting the initial scoping and relationship-building needed for the launch of the Pueblo, CO site. Once the satellite site is launched, the Program Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight of CEO’s Vocational Services and Economic Opportunity, assisting the Program Director in achieving program milestones. Please share these opportunities with your networks and check out our other opportunities throughout the 12 states where we’re located: https://lnkd.in/ejb2juu and https://lnkd.in/eem9piC

Over the past month, #CEOPhiladelphia collaborated with the office of State Senator Nikil Saval for “Homecoming: A Day for Justice Impacted Philadelphians”. Philadelphians impacted by the justice system had the opportunity to interact with organizers to explore job opportunities, education, obtain federal and state IDs, receive pardon & expungement support, and undergo health screenings. We are grateful to the City of Philadelphia investing in economic mobility.
