So, it’s April 2024, and I am posting about an award for 2023. Oh, well! 😂 I had a goal to be in the Top 10 nationwide for my sales coaching program in 2023 and ended up in the Winner’s Circle at #3!! The interesting thing about title sales rep awards is that only our names are on them. When in fact, the folks that keep our clients coming back over and over again are the amazing escrow teams who work tirelessly day in and day out to close files efficiently and with incredible service. Yes, I pride myself on being unique and bringing the best tools, resources and education to our clients so they can grow their businesses, but none of my success happens without a team effort. I am beyond thankful for the escrow teams I am fortunate enough to work with and our entire Community National Title family!!
