MORE BIG NEWS: CyrusOne today announced it secured a $687.1 million Single Asset Single Borrower (SASB) Commercial Mortgage-Backed Security (CMBS) loan for our DFW1 data center which currently serves more than 100 customers. This marks our very first CMBS issuance and is the first co-location/enterprise data center SASB securitized financing since the financial crisis of 2008. This milestone transaction boosts our total capital raised this year to nearly $12 billion, setting the stage for exciting future investments and development opportunities. BIG NEWS: CyrusOne announced yesterday the closing of nearly $8 billion in new debt capital to fund our data center growth, positioning CyrusOne for future investment and development opportunities. This transaction is in addition to the $1.8 billion revolving credit facility financing completed in May, bringing the total new debt capital raised to approximately $9.7 billion, with strong support from lenders.
