The walls are up, and we are making good progress. 🚧 Conveniently located at Wright Ranch (Phase II), the new freestanding ER has easy access to main city arteries, including Cuarto Vientos Blvd., Hwy. 83, Hwy. 359, Los Presidentes Ave. and Lomas del Sur Blvd. ER Wright Ranch will also offer diagnostic laboratory and radiology services, including X-ray and CT. Doctors Hospital of Laredo and Laredo Physicians Group welcomes Dr. Hernan Sanchez, MD, FACS, to the medical staff! Dr. Sanchez, a double board-certified specialist in colon and rectal surgery and general surgery, brings over 15 years of expertise in treating both benign and malignant conditions of the colon, rectum, and anal canal. Dr. Sanchez earned his medical degree from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, and completed his General Surgery Residency at Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey. He then completed a fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Sanchez specializes in a wide range of general and colorectal procedures, including treatments for colon, rectal, and anal cancer, pelvic floor disorders, fecal incontinence, intractable constipation, and inflammatory bowel disease. He is dedicated to bridging the gap in colorectal healthcare within our community by providing accessible, high-quality screening, diagnosis, and treatment options.
