Doyon Management Services will be working with NAVFAC Washington on this 380-calendar day Design-Build project to repair by replacement existing transite, otherwise known as Asbestos Cement (AC), waterlines within limited areas of the overall water distribution system within the Main side portion of Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ). Phase 1 will see the transite water lines repaired by replacement beneath Marine Corps University (MCU) and the CSX Railroad. Please join us in congratulating Kris Butler as the winner of the Employee of the 2nd Quarter 2024 award. Kris is an Associate Project Manager for DPS, and he is the consummate team player. He has been instrumental in taking over the leadership role on several projects in our New England Region.   Kris stepped into the lead role in relationships with Naval Station Newport and the EPA without hesitation or complaint and has taken ownership of much of the day -to-day operations for the Rhode Island Office. Kris is also supporting a marine project in Virgina. Not only is he doing a solid job, but he has done this eagerly and has not waivered under the additional workload. Kris stepped up to the plate threefold in the 2nd quarter and has certainly helped our team and has earned this recognition.
