    🚀 𝟏𝟎 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐚 📈 🌐 𝟯-𝟰 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅 𝑺𝒖𝒃𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑴𝑨𝑿.  Try to make it look like an internal email. Ex. Intro to Employment Solutions   💡 𝑩𝑬 𝑹𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑽𝑨𝑵𝑻. Lead with what the prospect cares about. Prove you did your research, and call out a top initiative of the company. Tie your solution back to that initiative.   ✨ 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. There should be no doubt this email could only be sent to that person. Ex. "Saw you are leading the recruiting efforts at XYZ company"   🖋 𝑲𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝒊𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒕. People have enough clutter in their inboxes so keep your emails concise, their eyes should naturally want to finish reading once they start. (3-6 lines)   🎯 𝑩𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕. "I hope you are well" really says "This is a sales email". Don’t keep them wondering, tell them why you're reaching out, why it is relevant & and how it benefits them.   🤖 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔. Humans book meetings, not robots. Keep it casual, throw in some lowercase, and use plain text, contractions are OK. (We are ➡ We're)    ⁉ 𝑨𝒔𝒌 𝒂 𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. Be bold, don’t be afraid to challenge them.   📂 𝑨𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒎 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒕𝒆𝒓. Limit the use of links, videos, images, and documents (Including signatures). At least until you get a response.   📬 𝑭𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑼𝒑. At least 8 times, people are busy. Something might not have caught their attention the first time, use threaded emails to remind them. A NO is a positive response.   🔍 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔 𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑫. Most emails won't even get opened let alone responded to, focus on making it easy to read. Responses will come.
