Dogs and owners alike were excited for the opening of Montgomery Township, PA new “Bark Park,” this past Saturday, located on Knapp Road in Montgomeryville. The park includes large and small dog park play areas and a rotation area, agility equipment, shade structures, benches, and picnic tables. Gilmore & Associates was happy to provide design, construction observation, and construction management services for this fun project. #dogpark #doglovers #dogparkfun

What a great groundbreaking ceremony at Green Woods Charter School ! In typical Debi Durso and John Polk style, it was all about the students. The project team of Metcalfe Architecture & Design, LLC , Bancroft Construction, Gilmore & Associates, Inc., and NorthStar Owners Representation had a great evening interacting with the students, two of the five “founding mothers” of the school, and amazing board led by Becca Smith. We are so excited to begin construction in June on the new space that will include a greenhouse, environmental science room, and maker’s space.

It was a pleasant surprise when I visited Mainland Golf Course a couple weekends ago, for my usual round of joy+pain, and saw one of our wall designs had been constructed for their new Pavilion building.
