    We are thrilled to work along side of the City of West St. Paul on this ambitious new project that will bring hundreds of new housing units and public spaces to the community. We share in the City's vision to redevelop the former YMCA property at 150 Thompson Ave. E. into a vibrant community hub. The redevelopment plan includes over 400 market-rate apartments, 27 townhomes, a restaurant, and various public amenities that will contribute to the vibrancy along the Robert Street corridor.

    The Fox & The Grouse reveals new path for suburban resort-style communities as the distinct development takes shape in the heart of Eden Prairie's Golden Triangle. The Fox & The Grouse is set on an idyllic 15 acres in a coveted corner of Eden Prairie.
