Ronald Palmer has tattoos on both arms, dreads, is heavy-set and tall, and was last seen wearing a black jersey with a “Bel-Air Academy” logo, black shorts, and a towel over his shoulders. On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, an aggravated assault occurred at 15634 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX (Little Caesars) in East Harris County. Following this incident, a shooting took place near 13227 Italian Cypress Trail, Houston, TX (residence), involving the shooting of a Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputy.
