The LeadingEdge 2024 Closing Retreat was held at Fort Brewery earlier this month. We kicked off the day with a delicious lunch and followed by a welcome session led by our Executive Director, Jennifer Trevino and our Program and Event Coordinator where they wrapped up all the accomplishments and next steps for this cohort. The cohort then had a reflect & reconnect session, discussing and processing over the past six months, and reflections on leadership, strengths, and topics from previous sessions. We also held a LeadingEdge Alumni Panel moderated by Peyton Lehrer (LE17), Executive Director of Gill Children’s Services and LFW Board President. Panelists included Dustin Van Orne (LE09), Manager of Strategic Marketing and Visitor Services; Ebony Rose (LE17), Sr. Learning & Development Consultant in HR at TCU and Founder of Rose Community Consulting, LLC; D’Angalo Jackson (LE22), Inaugural LFW-TCU MBA Scholar; and Sanel Thomas (LE23), Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Stockyards. The cohort heard about what the panel gained from LFW and what they have been doing since. They also gave the cohort advice on being involved in our community. We ended the day with a last “CLICK” of the name tags and a Happy Hour on the patio! Our Program Director, Sara, was off in Germany with Sister Cities but we hope we did her proud in facilitating the last day for LE24. This group was amazing and we are so honored to have each one be a part of our community of leaders! Congratulations and keep leading LeadingEdge 2024! #FortWorthLeaders #FWLeadership #FortWorthDevelopment #LE24 #LeadershipClass #LeadershipTrainingFW #FortWorthGrowth #LeadInFortWorth #LeasershipFortWorth #LFW #LeadershipJourneyFW #FortWorthProfessionals #DevelopingLeadersFW #TexasLeadership #FortWorthCareer #LeadershipSkillsFW #FortWorthBusiness #FWCareerGrowth #LeadTheWayFW #FortWorthSuccess #LeadershipGoalsFW #FortWorthExecutives #LeadershipImpactFW
