From everyone here at Continuum Care Hospice, we would like to thank every veteran for their service to our country! In honor of Veteran’s Day, some of our hospice staff spent the week leading up to it going around to our Legacy Health nursing homes to honor over 100 veterans for their service with a pinning ceremony. We would like to give a special thanks to the American Legion Post 572 from Parma, as well as the VFW Post 6519 from Chardon, for joining us to pin the veterans at Broadview Multi-Care Center in Parma and Mapleview Country Villa in Chardon. Also, a big shout out to Continuum Care Hospice Chaplain Isaac, who spent 31 years on active duty. He was also present, pinning his fellow veterans! It was a great experience to honor these men and women and to hear their stories.
