We are thrilled to introduce Watermill Kitchen + Bar as part of the multi-million dollar renovation at Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center. Inspired by the mills historically found along the banks of the Iowa River, this modern dining experience presents a menu featuring locally-sourced ingredients and innovative dishes. It is inspiring to see that so many of our HR leaders attended the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference this year. Our team members were able to learn and network with other HR professionals, and engage in discussions about shaping the future of work. We’re excited to partner with Milwaukee Public Schools, Visit Milwaukee, and Employ Milwaukee to bring a student ambassador program to Hilton Milwaukee City Center and The Pfister Hotel. The program is a paid summer internship through Employ Milwaukee that will give students a firsthand look into the hospitality industry. During their program, the students will also be stationed in the lobbies of each hotel during the week of the RNC to greet guests and answer any questions.

Milwaukee Public Schools and the Marcus Corporation partnered to launch a student ambassador program for the RNC. We are so glad to be a part of this project! "Businesses all across Milwaukee have been preparing to welcome thousands of RNC visitors. This includes the Marcus Corporation, which owns The Pfister, Saint Kate, and 14 other hotels in the country. The company has recruited the help of 15 Milwaukee high school students. During the week of the RNC, the students will be stationed at the Pfister Hotel and the Hilton Milwaukee City Center greeting guests as they arrive from out of town and will be answering any questions guests have about navigating Milwaukee.
