We’re the first recruiting firm to incorporate Human Design through workshops - the science of differentiation that combines well-established principles in personality assessment with real life experiences. This innovative approach to corporate HR delivers highly customized recruiting solutions for multi-divisional companies that ensure the perfect placement. It also serves as an accurate roadmap for job seekers, helping them understand themselves personally and professionally and how their various qualities influence their job performance. In addition to working with forward-thinking employers and job seekers looking for the best ways to plan an actionable career, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a pillar of Mission Recruit’s philosophy. Its mission is to give back and shine a light on women worldwide through its CSR initiatives, most notably survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking. For every placement the agency makes, $100 is donated to Partnership Against Domestic Violence (padv.org) and Out of Darkness (outfordarkness.org). In addition, a Lightbox care package is delivered to a survivor.
