    We are seeking a Customer Care and Vendor Manager for our UK office in Milton Keynes, starting in July/August 2024. This position is responsible for managing our EUR -BPO vendor relationship to ensure that they service our Customer and Market Partner queries within the expected contractual SLAs. This position will manage the EUR-BPO as it relates to their day-to-day performance and ensure the delivery of consistent and timely support to our customers, while meeting/exceeding levels of business performance. Constant communication and monitoring of service and quality is imperative in this role. Position will collaborate with EUR -BPO vendor to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that include, but not limited to the following: service level, quality, and customer satisfaction.     We are currently looking for a temporary Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our UK and Ireland market (12 month maternity cover). The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating an environment that enables our Market Partners to thrive while driving revenue, Market Partner recruitment, and leadership development targets within the UK and Ireland. Externally, the RSM serves as the face of Monat Global, ensuring seamless communication between the field and the company. Location: Milton Keynes/Remote. Available in July Please see below for more information and If you would like to join our MONAT family, send your resume to gitanas@monatglobal.com Responsibilities Include ·Accountability to drive country results based on relevant KPIs ·Maintain Leadership specific social media groups ·Strong understanding of the Monat Compensation Plan ·Build strong relationships with UK&I field Leaders ·Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training events, and opportunity presentations, including group and one to one coaching. ·Develop, plan and launch sales incentives supporting relevant KPIs ·Development of quarterly training plan that increases Market Partners base and sales in specified markets.  ·Develop and maintain Sales resources including education materials, social media pages etc. ·Keeping senior management informed of evolving trends in the market and Market Partner feedback ·Tracking Sales-related matters in relevant system and prepare reports ·Ensure the processes around month end, qualification tracking for events and recognition are followed ·Represent UK and Ireland in European or Global meetings and cross-functional working groups. Qualifications & Experience ·Solid experience, preferably in a similar role (beauty or wellness preferably). ·Strong leadership and decision making skills. ·Skilled at working individually & within a team-oriented, collaborative environment. ·Excellent organizational skills, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. ·Strong verbal & written communication skills and empathetic ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both internally and with our Market Partners ·Must be able to demonstrate strong presence on camera, social media and face to face in groups and in 1-1’s. ·Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts. ·Enjoy working with others in an international team ·Flexible & adaptable.
