Mike was raised to coach, teach and lead by his father, a coach, and mother, a teacher. A lifelong learner dedicated to the study of leadership, coaching, team building and peak performance. Mike develops leaders who coach and helping people pursue excellence is his obsession! For over 40 years, he has applied everything he learns to help improve business leadership, management and employee performance. He began speaking and consulting full time in 1992 and created keynote presentations, courses, workshops, seminars, breakout and coaching sessions that now make up THE MOORE LEADERSHIP & PEAK PERFORMANCE SERIES.
