NWI is committed to making strategic investments to meet the demands of rising production rates. This has included the addition of 10 spindles since 2021 and, most recently, retrofitting our Cincinnati gantry machines with Siemens controls at our Nashville site. As specialists in manufacturing some of the longest skins, stringers, and spars in the industry, these enhancements ensure we continue to meet the growing and evolving demands of our customers. NWI Wichita was very pleased to welcome representatives from Senator Moran's office. We had a productive discussion about the advanced technology powering NWI Wichita's focused factory and then treated our guests to a tour of our plant, showcasing a diverse range of commercial and military products. This visit came hot on the heels of our recent meeting with Senator Moran's team in DC during Advocacy Day. Advocacy Day is a crucial event where companies like NWI get to shine, explaining our role on military platforms and seeking support for funding programs. The facility tour provided our guests with firsthand knowledge of the components crucial to military platforms. This hands-on experience allowed them to bridge earlier discussions with real-world components, enhancing our mutual understanding and collaboration.
