ORIX USA is pleased to announce that Nik Singhal will join the firm as Managing Director and Group Head of Direct Lending within our Private Credit business, effective July 8th. In his new role, Nik will oversee ORIX USA’s Growth Capital and Municipal & Infrastructure businesses as well as our subsidiary NXT Capital. Nik will work closely with our business line leaders to expand and grow the businesses, drive origination and performance, and strategically leverage the firm’s balance sheet.
