Pantheon Data just ended our 25-day H2 Oh Yeah - Hydration Challenge organized by our wonderful HR team: Bridget Mundy, Cheri Hostetler, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Ryan McCarthy! We had a handful of positive responses from participants, here are some takeaways 👇 How did you incorporate drinking more water into your day? ➡ "I try and front-load my beverages before lunchtime, so I'm not playing catch up the rest of the day!" ➡ "Carrying around a water bottle with etchings on it that show how much should you drink each hour of the day and motivational quotes" ➡ "I have a goal to drink at least 64 oz of water a day." Did you notice any benefits from drinking more water? ➡ "I felt more hydrated and like I had more energy during the days I drank water regularly." ➡ "I'm less sluggish in the afternoon if I've hydrated all day." ➡ "Personally, it keeps me feeling fuller for longer periods of time " Thank you, Cigna Healthcare's Wellness fund, for sponsoring this challenge! 📢 Exciting News from the Surface Navy Association Tampa Bay! 🌊 We had an exceptional luncheon on June 7th, hosted by VADM Brad Cooper at CENTCOM Headquarters. The event brought together distinguished guests, including RADM Curt Renshaw, CAPT(ret) Jim McTigue, CAPT(ret) Bill Barns, and CAPT(ret) Dave Snee. Our discussion was both insightful and engaging, covering a range of topics from the latest surface actions in the Red Sea to the future of the Surface Navy. We also explored upcoming opportunities for the SNA in the greater Tampa Bay/Orlando area, ensuring our chapter continues to grow and strive. We are planning a larger event to bring surface warriors together in late summer, so stay tuned!
