Recently, Partner completed a Construction Progress Monitoring project for Child Crisis Arizona's new community center in Mesa. This wasn't our first engagement with them, either, since the Phoenix office also completed a Diaper Drive for them last September. Child Crisis Arizona provides children and youth in Arizona a safe environment, free from abuse and neglect, by creating strong and successful families. Partner is proud to service and support them!

Recently, we were contracted to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) on a 48-site industrial portfolio, uncovering recognized environmental conditions (RECs) at 11 locations. Despite tight deadlines and logistical hurdles, our dedicated team — led by Gwen Tellegen, P.E., M.S. (Regional Director for Environmental Solutions – Western Region) and Robert Traylor (Sr. Environmental Advisor) — conducted Phase II screenings and prepared Remedial Cost Estimates (RCE) to mitigate risks and support our client’s purchase agreement. By mobilizing our internal resources efficiently and working around the clock, we delivered critical assessments and cost estimates on time.
