This month we learned more about Change Management Consultant, Tatiana B. as she reflects on her experience and time at Pivot. Thanks for everything you do, Tatiana! We're so grateful to have you as part of our team. Could you share a bit about your background and experience before Pivot? I’m originally from Brazil, and I was always very interested in culture and supporting people to be their best selves at work. I built my career in HR working for global organizations such as Deloitte, ADP, and Cirque du Soleil, supporting the many types of changes that affect employees and guiding them through it. I earned a Masters degree in Project Management, which gave me even more tools to help large organizations deal with Change Management in a proactive, structured, productive, and engaging manner. What is your favorite aspect of working at Pivot? Not too many companies have a team of professionals that are so smart, complementary, and supportive as our Pivot Team! Working at Pivot keeps me motivated to keep improving myself and supporting my peers as they support me. Our clients are always very interesting, often established and structured organizations that need our expert support with specific communications or change management, and it is always a great experience to connect with clients and be recognized for the value we deliver. How do you like to spend your free time? I see my free time as a time to recharge and improve myself. I love to stimulate my brain through a variety of activities such as listening to audiobooks, taking online classes, daily workouts and exploring nature on hikes. By taking care of my health and wellness, not only do I feel happy instantly, but I am also consistently building a healthy and enjoyable future and ensuring my productivity stays top-of-mind. #Team #Communications #ChangeManagement
