We have tried numerous cases to verdict and judgment with a history of trial success and winning results. We have recovered over $115 million in real estate and construction defect damages for clients while also successfully defending clients against similar claims. In recognition of our accomplishments, we have been conferred the prestigious “Super Lawyer” award, a distinction bestowed upon less than 5% of attorneys, for the past eight years (2011-present). Mr. Ponist is also a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of 1% percent of North American lawyers, judges and scholars. He has also been recognized as one of the Best of the Bar by the San Diego Business Journal.
