Meet Robert “Bobby” Hall, our Sr. Manager of Permitting: Bobby brings over 30 years of experience serving the energy, communications, defense, and transportation industries, specializing in managing large-scale infrastructure construction projects. Bobby’s experience in the renewable energy sector spans ten years and over a dozen projects in six different states. With a strong background in cultural resource management, Bobby’s expertise in environmental compliance and project management are unparalleled in the industry, and we are thrilled to have him as a member of the team! ... #Question: Why did you choose renewable energy? #Answer: The renewable energy sector is an exciting and dynamic place to work. This industry continues to grow and adapt, embracing innovation and cutting-edge technologies while promoting the promise of reliable, safe, and clean energy for future generations. I've had the pleasure of meeting people from around the globe who visited what was, at the time, the world’s largest solar construction project. They came to see firsthand what a large-scale solar construction site looked like and to learn from our practices to implement them back home. The people I meet, the challenges we overcome, and the technological advances we achieve keep this industry engaging and enjoyable. I am thrilled to see what the future holds and proud to be a part of it!
