Meet Joanne Hasbrook – one of Raining Virtue’s newest team members! Joanne comes to RV having spent the past 23 years consulting across a diverse array of industries, including retail, hi-tech, healthcare, financial services, and life sciences industries. In addition to program and project leadership, Joanne has domain expertise related to systems implementation, organizational change management, and performance improvement.  Joanne’s love for consulting comes from the relationships it has allowed her to form with people that are honest, open, and bring the best out of their teammates. This desire to surround oneself with people a team of people that share her values extends beyond her professional world, as Joanne also enjoys competing in team sports like ultimate frisbee and tennis.   This competitive drive and passion for making a positive impact is exactly why we are so excited to have Joanne as part of the Raining Virtue team and are so excited to see her provide results done right! 

Say hello to Mike Deck – one of our newer team members here at Raining Virtue!   Mike has spent the past decade working with the business intelligence tool Looker, dedicating the first half of that time as a Google certified LookML Business Analyst, Developer, and Administrator. Mike then broadened his expertise and added business intelligence engineering to his skillset. Mike’s desire for fast paced projects, need for continuous learning, and passion for “good engineering” led him to join the RV team.   This personal philosophy of striving to “stay curious” has allowed Mike to apply his passion for problem-solving and continual upskilling into a career that Raining Virtue is fortunate to be a part of. Thank you for deciding to spread that curiosity with the rest of our team as you strive to provide results done right! 

Meet Mano Chithra Sakthivel - one of our outstanding team members here at Raining Virtue!    Mano has led success on a diverse array of projects as a Business Intelligence Engineer. Her strategic view sees each new project as an opportunity to level-up, from adapting with agility to solving technical problems with expertise. Mano faces each day with an open mind, ready to meet each challenge with resolution.    Mano's versatility allows her to meet professional experiences with a collaborative mindset, gaining a wealth of insight to the functional perspectives of the rhythm of business. We're thrilled to welcome Marq Dean to the Raining Virtue team! With over 15 years in phygital technologies, user experience, design thinking, and workshop facilitation across various industries, Marq has developed quite a diverse skillset. This distinct background, coupled with Marq’s passion for compassionate, empathetic user experiences and continuous learning is what ultimately led him to joining our diverse team. This passion for learning extends far beyond his professional life, with Marq spending his free time either taking his kids on day trips to museums or working as a facilitator for Seattle University’s College of Science and Engineering’s capstone projects. Additionally, Marq is deeply involved with local veterans' organizations, allowing him to give back to his community that he cares so deeply about. We’re so grateful to have Marq joining us here at Raining Virtue and know that he’ll strive to provide results done right!   

Meet Erica Davis, one of our great Senior Project Managers here at Raining Virtue! Erica’s professional background is as broad and diverse as the projects she manages, as her work is rarely the same day-to-day, with multiple different projects running across a wide range of concentrations at the same time. To some, this may seem overwhelming, but to Erica, it’s the best part! The diversity of her work allows her opportunities to work on things she enjoys without stretching herself too thin in a single role. Erica credits her ability to stay flexible, while still going the extra mile in her work, as a big contributor to her success and growth with Raining Virtue. This flexibility is in large part due to her strong proficiency in the Microsoft Tech Stack – specifically SharePoint, where she placed in the top 15% of over 650,000 people who took the SharePoint skills assessment on LinkedIn. We’re so proud to have you as part of the Raining Virtue team and look forward to your continued commitment to provide results done right! 

Meet Ben Lormis, the latest addition to the Raining Virtue team! Ben brings an extensive background in the industry with over 30 years of tech expertise across healthcare, entertainment, and retail. Ben's journey began as a systems engineer, excelling in messaging, mobile apps, and video streaming at scale, and even leading the launch of a new mobile phone service. Transitioning to product and strategy, he oversaw the cloud strategy for a Fortune 50 company before joining the RV team.   Above all else, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, as well as the plethora of hobbies that keep him busy, including woodworking and experimenting with 80’s synths. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, he likes to unwind with the many great hikes within the region, as well as taking an annual road trip on his motorcycle. Ben embodies the authentic, multifaceted spirit that resonates within Raining Virtue, and we’re so excited to have him as a part of the team!

Chinese New Year, also known as the Lunar New Year, is a time of joy, reflection, and renewal for millions around the world. Rooted in ancient traditions and rich symbolism, this celebration begins on February 10th. It's the year of the dragon! Families gather to share delicious feasts, exchange red envelopes filled with good luck, and participate in colorful parades and performances. Chinese New Year serves as a testament to the enduring values of unity, prosperity, and cultural heritage. We at RV wish you a prosperous Year of the Dragon.

Most recently, he has focused his training on key areas such as Systems Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Change Management.   But there's more to Michael than just his professional prowess. As a former professional musician, he brings a unique perspective shaped by discipline, commitment to practice, and a constant pursuit of feedback. While the two careers may not seem interconnected at first, Michael believes that most challenges can be solved by asking the right questions, putting people at the center, and ensuring the work that is done is prioritized on delivering the most value.
