Jeff is Humble: Jeff shows he is humble by never seeking attention for his work or accomplishments but is always committed to getting the job done. He is Hungry: Jeff is hungry in his willingness to learn and evolve. He digs into each problem presented to him and works to find a resolution. While it could be easy to just brush it off once the issue has been resolved, he instead digs into the issue more to ensure that it either doesn't happen again or he is prepared to tackle it if it does. He is Smart: Jeff is smart in that he combines his sense of logic with book smarts to make his emotional intelligence even stronger. He never makes anyone feel bad or silly for issues he is assisting with and uses the opportunity to help educate so we can prevent the issue from reoccurring. Congratulations, Jeff for being named the May 2024 Rosario Leo Award recipient! You are a great asset to our team.
