The Martin has officially begun leasing! Immediately following our first Open House event on Saturday – where young families, tech recruits, and longtime Sunnyvale residents gathered to explore the building’s amazing offerings – we secured nearly 20 leases and have been steadily providing tours to dozens of starry-eyed prospective tenants. It’s been an amazing journey at Vestra at UnCommons. This three phase community had its first release in a building with zero amenities. The second building welcomed communal workspaces. We’ve been waiting for this day when our third building would open and truly be able to unveil living at Vestra UnCommons. We’ve been leasing 25+ apartments per month without amenities.
