We are proud to create communities that care. Recently, The Westhaven Foundation, a nonprofit group run by residents at Westhaven, our master-planned community in Franklin, Tennessee, presented a $13,000 check to the Alzheimer's Association Tennessee Chapter. The donation came from proceeds raised at the Foundation's Fourth Westhaven 5K Memory Run, which was held in April. We want to congratulate Clark Barton, SLC Commercial Construction (SLCCC) Project Manager for Deco in Fort Worth, who celebrates 5 years with Southern Land Company this month. Clark is SLCCC's most tenured project manager due to his great skills, attention to detail, and leadership. We are grateful for his dedicated work on Deco, which has assisted the team in providing a great community to SLC's growing portfolio.

As we work to create extraordinary places, we are proud to see homeowners and residents in our communities actively seeking out opportunities to create meaningful places for those in their greater community. In 2023, homeowners at Westhaven, our award-winning master-planned community in Franklin, Tennessee, worked together to fund and build Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury first neighborhood-sponsored home. Recently, homeowners, friends, and families at Westerly, our master-planned community in Erie, Colorado, enjoyed some fun in the Colorado sun at the neighborhood's Summer Kickoff Concert. This event is a wonderful demonstration of our commitment to creating extraordinary communities as we seek to create opportunities for homeowners and residents to befriend neighbors and form meaningful connections. This past weekend, Westhaven our award-winning master-planned community in Franklin, Tennessee, opened the first model homes for its new 55+ active adult section. Built by SLC Homes and designed by our in-house architecture experts, these for-sale homes feature primary living spaces on the main floor along with bonus spaces for visiting friends and families. These model residences will be open by appointment from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday; and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. We want to congratulate Anna Edmunds, Senior Architectural Administrator on our Single-Family Architecture team, who celebrates 5 years with Southern Land Company this month. During her time with SLC, Anna has steadily increased her mastery of traditional architectural styles and the processes required to design and document them. We are appreciative to have her keen eye reviewing and coordinating all exterior materials and selections for new homes in Westhaven in Franklin, Tennessee, and Westerly in Erie, Colorado. We look forward to seeing her continue to grow and share her talents and experience with others.
