Here is our Feedback Framework at Team Outsider. It’s simple, but uniquely us. I drew this out on the back of my son’s Kindergarten Homework packet and sent it to Josh Weissenstein 🌳 for his thoughts. A few weeks later we introduced it to our team. While this is a very small and low risk example of creativity, it illustrates the space we have for ideation and the supportive environment where our ideas are nurtured. I joined Team Outsider because I consider myself a builder. Sure, Josh and Cody Sauer started the organization, but I wake up every day excited to build the organization. Whether it’s people strategy or business partnership or creating a framework like this for how we communicate with our team, there is freedom to innovate, space to fail, and tons of room to grow. Here’s to more ideas that get written on scraps of paper and to the leaders that say, “Go for it.”
