About us
VaCom Technologies, a BITZER Group Company, is a nationally known energy efficiency contracting and technical consulting company specializing in refrigeration systems and industrial facilities. In business since 1992, VaCom's mission is to help our clients optimize the performance and efficiency of their facilities, utilizing our capabilities in analysis, control and monitoring of refrigeration systems. We design and implement high-value projects for the food and beverage sector and “cold chain” logistics companies, using sophisticated analysis tools, advanced control techniques and careful integration with client needs. Projects achieve improved efficiency, increased reliability and turn-key delivery of utility incentives. Our project development and delivery approach emphasizes fundamentally sound engineering methods and state-of-the-art control technologies, supported by ongoing performance analysis using VaCom’s own EnergyDashboard® service to provide clients with the greatest life-cycle value. We design projects that are energy efficient, cost effective, and environmentally sound.

Sustain your refrigeration needs with VaCom Technologies’ IR Solutions, integrated with BITZER’s Ammonia Compressor Packs (ACP & SCP) and enhanced by the comprehensive VaCom Controls Suite & EDB. It’s impressive to see these BITZER ACPs, each powered by 700 HP motor capacity and featuring pre-mounted Economizer valve stations for optimum efficiency. Designed for flexibility, these ACP95103N-2C units excel across a broad range of operating conditions, from -58°F to 32°F suction temperatures, while the ACP95103K-2C Series enable from -49°F to 77°F suction temperatures. Whether the requirement is for a Single Suction Group, Split Suctions and/or Swing, or upto Triple different Suction Temperatures (with 3rd compressor mounted), these units are engineered to meet diverse and flexible project needs in the compact foot print. These ACPs also support the Grid and Motor Control Centers (MCCs) with minimized starting currents, with all VFD or VFD on lead compressor and Soft Starter on the remaining motor, combined with the innovative dual slider technologies—the stepless Capacity Regulation (CR) slider and the Automatic Vi slider, both intelligently managed by the BITZER IQ Module.
