VCP recently provided $8.35M for the acquisition and light rehab of a 104-Unit multifamily asset in North Dallas. The asset has maintained historically strong occupancy with low turnover. The asset has been well maintained and will benefit from the growth of the recent semiconductor and manufacturing industry investments expected to create more than 3000 jobs over the next five years. The strong local sponsors own and operate more than 1000 units in this supply-constrained submarket.
