A little peek behind the doors of our Warsaw office for candidates considering joining our team in this city 😊   - The Warsaw office undoubtedly offers the most breathtaking views among all Vention Poland offices – an eagle-eye view of Daszyńskiego Roundabout. 🦅   - We occupy the 27th and 23rd floors of Skyliner by Karimpol Poland, certified for its excellence in working conditions and located in the heart of the Warsaw Business District.   - The entrance to the underground station is just 8 meters from the building's door! 🚇😁   - We moved here in Autumn 2022, creating simple and functional spaces with electrically adjustable desks and comfortable chairs.   - Each floor has well-equipped kitchens stocked with a selection of teas and snacks, as well as relaxation areas. ☕🍪   - In Warsaw, you'll work alongside over 230 other engineers. This is Vention's largest office in the country.   - At the reception, you'll be warmly welcomed by our talented (and musical 😉) office manager Pavel Kapanski. He knows everything about the place!   - Our office life is vibrant! We ensure our engineers can recharge with positive energy during Happy Hours, organized by our Happiness Managers led by Magda Przybylska. Expect delicious food, engaging games, and fun workshops! 🍕🎲🧠   - Last but not least – knowledge-sharing activities! New perk at the Łódź office: a Counter-Strike room on the 17th floor of Hi Piotrkowska! 😊 Our ingenious engineers and communication team repurposed old company equipment and worked their magic on the security department to support this initiative. The result? An old-school Counter-Strike tournament ❗ They gathered ten participants and split them into two five-person teams for a classic showdown. As Michał Kwiatkowski, our Global Editorial Content Lead, said, "We aimed to recreate the magic of a true LAN party." And this actually happened! A huge thanks to Vitali Aksionchyk, our country head, for supporting this initiative 🙌

We’ve been working with AI solutions for years, but lately, we decided to test how AI can speed up our daily routine, and we came to unexpected conclusions.   At our Vention Uzbekistan office, we conducted an AI Challenge to assess the capability of various LLM-based tools to accelerate the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Objective: Our goal was to evaluate the effectiveness of these tools in speeding up MVP development.   Test project supposes implementation of a typical set of requirements, including: -CRUD operations (RDBMS, 1:n, n:n relations) -Google Authentication -Integration with Stripe -Integration with OpenAI   Time Limit: 2 weeks Round 1: Participants: Several experienced engineers Platforms Used: Java, Node.js, Ruby, Python Result: MVP scope was implemented partly. Round 2: Participants: Less experienced engineers. Platform Used: Node.js only Result: All requirements were successfully implemented within the timeframe, and the code quality was sufficiently good. As you can see, the less experienced team achieved better results. And what is your experience with using LLMs to speed up software development?

Today at Vention Lithuania, we celebrated our 2nd Anniversary. This milestone marks two years of dedication, hard work, and achievement. Our traditional Monday breakfast was made even more special with a delightful surprise – birthday cake. Looking back, I am proud at how our Development Center has grown from a small group of specialists initially into a big and dynamic team each member of which bringing their unique expertise and dedication.
