Vintun's End-to-End (E2E) contract personnel are always proud to support our customers through facilitating these E2E events. With our recent expansion to NAVSUP-Mechanicsburg, we're able to take our wins and successes in Aviation E2E events to Maritime E2E events leading to real-time decisions and relationship building across the supply chain. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support's surface directorate hosted the AN/USG-2 Cooperative Engagement Capability and the WSN-7 Inertial Navigation System LOGCELL end-to-end events June 4-5 onboard Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg. LOGCELL is a transformative data integration and visualization capability enabling cross-Navy stakeholder collaboration and resolution to persistent integrated logistics shortfalls impacting fleet readiness. Attendees included representatives from the fleet and type commands, resource sponsors, ISEA, industry partners, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)'s Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). Both systems are fleet priorities with a host of supportability challenges impacting system wholeness and fleet readiness. Harnessing expertise from contracting, technical, engineering, and other key stakeholders, the teams addressed supply chain challenges and developed cross-organizational solutions. Both events highlighted the essential partnership across organizational lines required to sustain weapon systems from cradle to grave. #AlwaysTheTeam #NAVSUPWSSMech.

At Vintun, LLC, our NAVSUP-WSS customer relies on our E2E team to help setup and facilitate these End-to-End events to ensure the fleet can be supported in the midst of current events. Pulling stakeholders across the supply chain together to come up with innovative solutions that allows for better mission support is what we love to do!
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support hosted an emergent end-to-end event in its LOGCELL for the C-2A Greyhound aircraft, April 16-17, prompted by sustainment issues necessitating a rapid conversation. The E-2/C-2 integrated weapons support team was accompanied by several Naval Aviation Enterprise stakeholders, including the maintenance leadership of the VRC-40, PMA-231 E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office, and fleet readiness centers. The team anticipates substantial contributions from our organic repair partners as the Naval Aviation Enterprise looks to support the carrier strike group's vital carrier-on-delivery role. The end-to-end event evaluated over 50 critical NIINs and took several actions, some of which were handled immediately by the gathered subject matter experts. This event showcased the power of LOGCELL collaboration: accelerated solutions for fleet readiness. #AlwaysTheTeam #NAVSUPWSSPhil
