We're incredibly excited to announce this great new benefit to our Yoder Family! We understand that working parents face the critical challenge of finding accessible and affordable childcare. Recognizing this need, Yoder Family of Companies is stepping forward to open an early childhood education facility available to all employees of the Yoder Family of Companies. The child care will be at a reduced cost from standard ECEC’s and a percentage of the cost for employees will be covered by Weld Family Cares. This ambitious project is the result of a regional collaborative effort, supported by the State of Colorado, Aims Community College, United Way of Weld County , and Weld County Workforce Services. This facility will be led by Maria Martin who has worked in early childhood eduction for 13 years and a bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. In September, Bill Johnson with Yoder Family of Companies spoke at the Workforce Symposium about barriers to business and how NoCo Works can be a catalyst for positive change. This week, Yoder Family of Companies announced that they are opening a child care center for their employees in March. "We wanted to create a family-friendly work environment where people can focus on their jobs because they know their children are cared for. This came together because of NoCo Works,” said Johnson. "We hope this will be a recruitment tool for us and help us to expand our workforce,” Johnson said. “We want to be the best employer of choice in the community.” Congratulations to Bill and Yoder Family Companies for this monumental step forward and to their key partners Early Childhood Education Center. Coming soon this facility will allow our employees to have affordable education for their young kids during business hours. The Early Childhood Education Center will cater to infants and children up to the age of five, and offer a comprehensive curriculum designed to nurture and prepare them for future success. The Center will be state-licensed and Colorado Shines rated. The Center will have certified educators on staff to provide exceptional care and education tailored to each age group. Key highlights of the Early Childhood Education Center include: ● Interactive Learning: The Center will offer engaging and interactive learning experiences to stimulate children's cognitive and social development. ● Customized Age-Appropriate Curriculums: Tailored curriculums for different age groups, ensuring that children receive age-appropriate education. ● Licensed Educators: Certified educators will oversee the educational programs, providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. ● Open Business Hours: The Center will operate during standard business hours to accommodate working parents. We're thrilled to be able to offer this additional benefit to our employees!
