The catch up tab within the My Network page is designed to help you start meaningful conversations with your network by showing you the most relevant updates. You can view specific updates by filtering for job changes, hiring opportunities, birthdays, work anniversaries, and educational accomplishments.
To access the catch up tab:

Click on
My Network at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Click on the Catch up tab at the top of the page.

You can wish, comment, or react to an update by selecting the appropriate option wherever available.

More icon to the right of an update and select Don’t show updates from [name] to stop seeing updates about that member.
