How do you show loyalty to clients?
Clear and constant communication. A lot of follow-up and fast turn-around on needs an requests. As a recruiter in the construction industry, I always strive to get a candidate in front of the client within 96 hours of a req submission. Making them a priority will only build trust and continued loyalty.
