    Pathways - Band A Training Plan Ongoing Updates are updates to a program to assist our Associates in coming on board at Walmart. After our Associates complete Pathways - Band A Training Plans they will continue on through Pathways - Workskills. The end result of Pathways - Workskills is the ability to become an Hourly Supervisor or fulfill a Specialist role and if the Associate is interested, continue in the Pathways to Management program.

    Welcome To Walmart is our opportunity to make the best first impression we can with a new associate. We make absolutely sure that new associates feel welcomed, valued, and prepared for what lies ahead after orientation (e.g., On-boarding, Compliance/Safety, Position Specific Training, etc.). This training is used to learn about Walmart's rich history and cultural roots. It is a combination of Facilitator Led Training, video, meet and greets, and store tours.

    Created New Hire training for our Hourly Associates and Hourly Supervisors in the Walmart Neighborhood Market Stores. This training was for both the Large Prototype (41,000 sq. ft.) and the Small Prototype (11,000 sq. ft.) stores. It covered training for 10 different job roles within these two types of stores. Performed a Live pilot in store #2410 in Anson, TX and a self guided pilot in 11 more new stores in the same market.
