“Nancy and I have worked together for five and a half years in the same VMware Cloud team under the same leadership. We worked on some Commerce projects together, I've inherited projects she started, she inherited projects I've started and we've always support and learned from each other. When I think of Nancy, the first thing I think of is how tenacious and detailed she is at researching a problem. Then, shortly after that, I would say her ability to develop strategic solutions that are customer focused, scalable and sustainable over time. Whether it is product-market fit, customer segmentation, or requirements provided to engineering or even go to market presentations for field sales training, Nancy has attacked some of the thorniest, most difficult problems on our team and wrestled them to submission. She is a resilient and trusted partner who consistently brings her A game, and providing a calming voice amidst chaos. I'm so fortunate to have worked with and learned from her and hope to do so again soon.”
