    Recognized for my contributions to our district earning Select Distinguished Status. Only 1 Toastmaster out of our 1700 members receives this award annually.

    Highlights include being involved in the chartering of multiple clubs, leading 15 clubs in my division to distinguished status or better, helping my home club run an education program that was ranked 9th in the world in production, and working in the background with the district leadership team.

  • 2013-2014 District 10 District Governor's Award

    Toastmasters International

    Recognized by the District Governor for my marketing efforts to increase Toastmaster clubs in District 10 (Northeast Ohio). During my term we chartered 6 brand new clubs, and restarted a club that stopped operating for over 12 months.

  • 2014 District 10 Toastmasters Evaluation Contest Champion

    Toastmasters International

    Won all 4 rounds of competition to determine the best evaluator in District 10, which covers 100 Toastmasters Clubs and 2000 members.

  • 2014 District 10 Toastmasters International Speech Runner Up

    Toastmasters International

    Won 3 rounds and finished 2nd place in the fourth round, of a 6 round competition to determine the World Champion of Public Speaking. Over 20,000 people enter this tournament every year. I advanced to the final 500 speakers in the competition.

  • 2011-2012 District 10 Area Governor of the Year

    Toastmasters International

    Recognized amoung my peers and district leaders for my service as Area Governor. We had 25 Area Governors the year I was selected for this honor. During my term I increased contest participation by over 50%, led 3 out of 4 clubs to Distinguished Status, and chartered a new club.

  • Distinguished Toastmaster Award (DTM)

    Toastmasters International

    To earn this award a member must complete various communication and leadership projects. Less than 1% of all members earn this honor. I earned this award twice, once in 2012 and once in 2015. Only one requirement away from earning this award for the third time.
