    New solution to generate, organize, print and mail statements to our clients. The whole process was revised and the generation was fully automated. Hired a professional printer house to print and mail the statements and hired a dedicated telecommunications link to send the files through a secure FTP service. Legacy Crystal Reports tool fully replaced for two SQL Server Reporting Services dedicated servers, with load balance and fail over(Big IP). Some numbers:

  • Portfolio Management System

    The project aimed to let BTG Pactual compliant with Ambima's (Brazil's capital markets association) new system for Financial Institutions to exchange information such as Fund Registration, share value, Positions and Transactions, etc.
    The project consolidated and complemented the Fund registration process from 3 different systems into only one, integrating with both BTG Pactual’s legacy systems and Ambima’s new system. The project reduced funds registration process by 70% after implemented.

  • Operational Qualification Program

    Developed a set of tools to facilitate Asset Managers' confirmation and distribution of orders and enable BTG Pactual's brokerage to earn Brazil's Securities Exchange (BMF&Bovespa) Operational Qualification Program seal - locally known as PQO.

  • Statement (Brokerage)

    -

    Developed new company's statement (brokerage), allowing clients to generate their statements through Portal, generating around US$300k/year in savings with statement's printing and mailing expenses.
