What do you do if you want to stand out as a Patient Advocate in a competitive market?
Listen, listen, listen, and believe what you hear from patients and caregivers. Create trust, be real. Patient Advocacy is about people. Meaningful Patient Advocacy drives change and impact only when we commit to the engagement process; to partner, collaborate and move in the same direction. We have to recognize that we are organized to deliver the results we get. If we do not resource and organize around patient and caregiver engagement and insights, we miss so many opportunities to work smarter and help improve health outcomes. Employee experience + patient experience = patient centricity. is deeply connected to patient experience when we do this right. Ensuring a seat at the table is a good start.
