“I had the pleasure of working with Will on Facebook's 2022 #BuyBlack Friday campaign. The consumer-focused experiential part of the campaign was an HBCU tour, highlighting Black entrepreneurs during Homecoming weekends at Clark Atlanta, Southern, Florida A&M universities. The campaign featured a custom AR filter, and Will served as the AR subject matter expert our team needed to bring the filter from concept to execution. In addition to his extensive technical AR knowledge, he was able to provide essential insights and connections as alum of Florida A&M. Social connections from his undergraduate career paid off in dividends during the #BuyBlack Friday campaign execution, like surfacing press/media opportunities to help increase campaign reach. Will's positive attitude and focus on outcomes makes him a great cross-functional partner, and those same assets would make him an asset to any team he joins.”

Each year, undergraduate and graduate students are selected for a 10-week paid summer internship at an 4A's member advertising agency. Students gain practical work experience, establish key industry contacts, and perhaps most importantly, become better prepared to land a full-time job in advertising when they graduate.
At the same time, the program gives advertising agencies a cost-effective way to identify and recruit talented multicultural students. Upon completion of the program, interns become members of the MAIP Alumni Association, a close-knit family of MAIP graduates that fosters the development of future MAIP interns as well as the professional development of the program’s alumni. -
