About The Team

At Workday, our employees are the core of our business, and we are committed to encouraging a culture that VIBEs (values inclusion, belonging, and equity). Legal Fellows Program

Workday is seeking highly motivated Interns and Fellows, rising second-year and part-time law students entering their final year, to join our Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs team (“LCCA”) in an exciting new in-house legal pipeline program that offers an exciting direct track from law school to an in-house legal career in the technology industry. We highly value diversity and strongly encourage traditionally under-represented law students to apply.

Workday’s program is comprised of two phases:

LEGAL INTERNS: In the first phase, Workday Legal Interns will have the opportunity to join Workday’s LCCA team at its headquarters in Pleasanton, California for a 12- week legal internship, between May and August, where they will gain real-world experience and mentorship from legal industry experts across a diverse range of practice areas and experience.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
