3rd Party Vendor Manager – Permanant – Raleigh, NC– $75,000 - $100,000



The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a 3rd Party Vendor Manager in Raleigh, NC.


Role Description


• Set goals and align expectations with vendor partners.

• Implement effective audit processes to ensure work meets expectations.

•Continuously evaluate vendor performance to meet organizational needs.

• Strategically implement 3rd party vendor coverage plans.

• Define key initiatives for internal and external partners.

• Conduct contract negotiations while considering organizational obligations.

• Cultivate vendor partnerships and hold them accountable for KPIs.

• Monitor expenditures against project agreements with proper documentation.

• Optimize budgets for efficient return on investment.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet coverage needs.

• Develop execution documents for field sales force and vendors.

• Provide clear support materials for in-store initiatives.

• Train 3rd party personnel covering retail stores.


Skills & Requirements


• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience with 3rd Party vendors.

• Preferred supply and demand planning experience.

• Familiarity with offshore production and import logistics.

• Fluency in English (written and oral).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP or other ERP systems.
