Full Time Accounting Assistant

Hanlon Electric Company, a commercial electrical contractor located in Monroeville, PA is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time accounting position.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process Weekly Payroll
  • Time and Material Billing
  • Support Administrative and Accounting Personnel
  • Assist Service Manager with scheduling Service Jobs

Skills and Qualities:

  • Working knowledge of Office365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
  • Proficient with Numbers
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Presents High Degree of Integrity
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively
  • Be able to operate general office equipment, copiers, printers, postage machine, phones, fax machine, etc.

Working Environment: Normal Business hours, Monday through Friday, Climate controlled office
