Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Process Weekly Payroll
Time and Material Billing
Support Administrative and Accounting Personnel
Assist Service Manager with scheduling Service Jobs
Skills and Qualities:
Working knowledge of Office365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to Multitask
Ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
Proficient with Numbers
Detail Oriented
Strong Organizational Skills
Presents High Degree of Integrity
Ability to Communicate Effectively
Be able to operate general office equipment, copiers, printers, postage machine, phones, fax machine, etc.
Working Environment: Normal Business hours, Monday through Friday, Climate controlled office
