Accounting Investor Reporting Analyst/Associate

You will have the opportunity to help a global financial services (Private Equity) firm. With multiple locations, you will be working out of their NYC office.


The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of fund accounting, audit (top 10 public accounting firm), or fund administration experience.


Responsibilities (Candidates will be taught most of the below, accounting experience is most important)

  • 30% Accounting (fund accounting [capital calls, distributions, investor capital statements, liquidity, working with the fund admin, etc.], management co accounting [month end close, etc.]
  • 30% IR (work on PowerPoints, marketing materials, DDQ’s, etc.)
  • 30% Finance (valuation of investments, asset management, etc.)
  • 10% Other (data analytics, using programs/software to go beyond just the numbers, etc.)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business from top tier school
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting, finance, or business
