Accounts Payable Supervisor - $80K

Title: AP Supervisor

Type: Direct Hire, full time

Location: Frankton, IN

Salary: $80K + Bonus

LHH is assisting a global established client located in the Frankton, IN area with an AP Supervisor role. The AP Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Accounting Manager in various financial reports, supply chain, and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of accounting experience, prior AP experience, and a Bachelors degree in Accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate annual budget
• Accounts payables
• Expense reports
• Journal entries
• Financial reporting
• Develop special reporting as needed
• Financial analysis
• Quarterly accrual analysis
• Month end close
• Assist in preparation of annual audit package

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
