Accounts Payable Supervisor

Synergy Search is partnering with an established organization with a great reputation located in the Laurel, MD area that is looking to hire a AP Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a small AP team as well as the day to day.
• Vendor inquiries and reconciling discrepancies.
• Review, verify, and match invoices with POs.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years experience & managing an AP team (2+ years).
• NetSuite experience a must.
• Experience transitioning from manual system to ACH would be a huge plus.
• Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help with the clean up.
