Adjunct Instructors / Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics and Physics at Manhattan College seeks part-time faculty to teach lower-division courses in mathematics during the Academic Year 2024-2025. Possible courses include Precalculus (4 credits), Calculus (4 credits), Topics in Modern Mathematics (3 credits), Finite Mathematics for Business Decisions (3 credits), Calculus for Business Decisions (3 credits), and Mathematics for Elementary School Teachers (3 credits). Schedules are flexible.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or M.S. in the mathematical sciences.
  • At least one year teaching experience.

Candidates with a proven record of excellence in teaching will be preferred.

Salary Range

Instructor $1477.28 per credit.

Assistant Professor $1526.25 per credit.

Associate Professor $1575.65 per credit.

Professor $1625.04 per credit.
